Leo is a returning client that had a 3M 8468 series clear bra paint protection film installation done a little while before switching over to Xpel Ultimate. After following up with Leo I found out that his fenders had discolored in time and needed to be replaced. This was not abnormal with the old 3M clear bra as a white car you would get about 2 years of good looking protection and a dark car from 4-5 years or there abouts before it began to yellow and discolor. Two useful products to help extend your clear bra’s life are Xpel Cleaner and Xpel Sealant.
Once we had time to get together it turns out the front bumper, lights and mirrors are also past their prime as they too are faded and would be yellowing if the car was white. The full hood was done in Ventureshield which has help up very well other then the fact when you not look at it compared to the Xpel Ultimate side by side you can see the extensive orange peel Ventureshield has on it. This said based on the fact he has tracked the car yearly and driven it down many highways the car’s front end still only has the original rock chip that happened the first week of ownership and I put a 3M series 8468 full front end and rocker panel package along with the luggage area to help prevent damage while loaded bags boxes etc… into the truck of 2011 Leo’s Audi S4. I expect we will be getting together soon to replace the remaining pieces.

There is no question, I would use a quality self healing and orange peel free clear bra like XPEL ULTIMATE and 3M Pro paint protection film for Leo’s Audi S4.
